Vendor Agreement & Application
Thank you for your interest in participating in Fiesta by the Lake, a multicultural community celebration bringing together local businesses, food vendors, music and community at beautiful Edgewater Park in Williams Bay, WI.
This event is designed to highlight culture, food, community and small businesses in the Williams Bay area.
Vendor Space
- Standard spaces are 10x10 feet unless otherwise requested.
- Vendors must stay within assigned boundaries.
- Setup must be completed by 11:30am.
- Tear-down will begin after the event concludes at 7:00pm
Electricity
- Limited electrical access available per event.
- Vendors must provide their own heavy-duty extension cords.
- Total wattage must be disclosed in the application.
Licensing & Permits
- Retail vendors must provide valid WI Seller's Permit/Sales Tax ID & any applicable business license
- Food vendors must provide temporary food permit (if required), food handler certification, compliance with Walworth County Health Dept. regulations and proof of liability insurance (if applicable)
- Food vendors must follow all food safety guidelines including proper food handling and temperature control.
- All businesses must have current WI tax registration.
- Compliance with village, county and state regulations is mandatory.
Vendor Conduct
- Maintain professional and courteous interaction.
- No early breakdown before scheduled event end.
- Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area.
- The Williams Bay Business Association reserves the right to remove any vendor that does not comply with event guidelines or local regulations.
Payment Terms
- Spaces are not guaranteed until payment is received.
- Fees are non-refundable after June 1
- Payments must be settled online via this registration portal.
- Confirmation is issued upon verified payment receipt.
