Now Hiring: Williams Bay Farmers Market Director
This is a part-time, seasonal role responsible for coordinating and managing the overall operation of the Williams Bay Farmers Market. Duties include vendor relations, weekly market setup and breakdown, special events coordination, marketing communications, and administrative tasks.
- Manage vendor applications, communications, and booth assignments
- Coordinate weekly on-site setup, market flow, and breakdown operations
- Plan and execute seasonal special events to enhance community engagement
- Oversee market social media, website updates, and local marketing outreach
- Handle administrative duties including permit compliance and fee collection
- Ensure a high-quality experience for both vendors and market visitors
Qualifications: We are looking for an individual with strong organizational and communication skills, creativity, and the comfort to work independently. The role involves outdoor environment management and the ability to perform light physical setup.
Hours and compensation are negotiable.
